Get rid of bad keypresses in Japanese IME

When using a JP110 keyboard in Windows XP, there's a tendancy to press the Alt Key with the Hiragana key (ALT + ローマ字). Turn this off by making a custom correction to the Japanese IME input. ("General" "Advance" "Keyboard" "ローマ字")
